inGain helps companies launch financial products – such as lending solutions, rentals or subscriptions – without the need to build their own IT systems.

How we work
✔️ We follow a hybrid model. We work from the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays and you can choose to work remotely or from the office on other days.
✔️ A-class office in Riga. Our A-class office in Riga includes modern amenities, parking, great coffee and is dog friendly.
✔️ Team events. We invest in building strong relationships through quarterly team events, company traditions and open communication.

A 30-minute call with our HR partner to discuss your goals and the role. We’ll confirm next steps within 2 days.
You’ll meet your future manager for a deeper discussion about your experience and fit. We provide feedback within one week.
